Celebrate the season at the Sonoma Ecology Center’s Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 3 from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM at Sonoma Garden Park, located at 19996 7th Street East in Sonoma. This free community event brings together live music, local food and beverages, family-friendly activities, culinary fun, and plenty of ways to connect with nature and sustainable living. Enjoy live music throughout the day from the Gill Brothers Band, Cliff Zyskowski & Eric Joost, Jack Hines & Adam Traum, and Randy Cook. Grab something delicious from local food trucks, enjoy organic wine, and experience a fresh apple press. There will be lots for kids to explore, including a petting zoo, reptiles and snakes, face painting, farm games, and a strawbale fort. Guests can also enjoy nature crafts, zero-waste goods, biochar and solar demonstrations, and garden tours with local beekeepers and Master Gardeners. Feeling competitive? Join in the pickle-making contest, or explore herbal elixirs and other culinary crafts throughout the day.
