Join us Saturday, July 12th from 9:30 to 10:30am at the Sonoma Shambhala Center to explore 'The Art of Meditation.' The gathering will include a short introductory talk by an experienced teacher on the Shambhala approach to meditation. There will be a guided practice session followed by a discussion and any question you may have. There is no charge to attend and all are welcome.
